The DM1 MyoScreen platform

Myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) MyoScreen platform based on patient derived myoblasts recapitulating key pathological hallmarks —including DMPK RNA foci, MBNL1 mislocalization, splicing defects, and altered calcium signaling.
 
Quantitative, image-based assays available to evaluate therapeutic rescue. Splicing correction across multiple target genes can also be assessed.
 
Successfully integrated into multiple partner programs supporting drug discovery across various therapeutic modalities, including gene therapies, small molecules, and oligonucleotides.
