Abstract: Predictive bioassays need more physiologically relevant cellular models while remaining compatible with efficient high-throughput imaging and analysis. CYTOO’s solutions for 2D+ and 3D cultures on adhesive micropatterns guide cell differentiation, polarization, morphology and function, and reduce complications associated with HCA. Micropatterns also allow the guidance of cells into 3D structures like spheroids, nephrotubules and acini.
