CYTOO is a preclinical stage Contract Research Organization focused on i) the development and commercialization of innovative cell-based assays derived from first-in-class skin and muscle tissue micropatterned models, and on ii) the manufacturing of pre designed micropatterned cell culture products (chips and multiwell plates).


To help supporting high sales growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and result oriented sales manager to promote our product catalogue for fundamental research to a large portfolio of academic customers worldwide. Most of the customers are inbound enquiries from scientific publications advertising our products.



Position Summary:

Direct sales of micropatterned products addressing cutting edge applications (stem cells biology, IPS cardiomyocyte, 3D models, single cell biology) to the worldwide academic community.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow-up existing customer portfolio
  • Identify, qualify, pursue and close new opportunities worldwide
  • Manage distributor relationship in Asia
  • Must be able to communicate technical information on CYTOO technologies to a sophisticated audience and identify and propose solutions to the research community
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans and work closely with sales team colleagues on executing against those plans
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports of sales activity in a timely manner
  • Interact internally with the production lab manager and technical experts


Essential Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • An MSc degree in biological sciences
  • A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience of life science products
  • Ability to translate customer needs into a meaningful proposal
  • Hit and exceed sales targets
  • Results oriented and very well-organized
  • A demonstrated ability to promote a sense of urgency to complete tasks and deliver results on time
  • Proficient with MS Office products and Salesforce
  • Native or native-like fluency in English mandatory
