CYTOO offers custom micropattern designs to meet your requirements.
The CYTOOchips Custom are available in 19.5x19.5 mm coverslips with custom micropatterns and adhesive proteins suitable for various applications and assays. Whether you are looking for a specific micropattern shape, size or coverslip layout, CYTOO can manufacture it for you.
The minimum quantity for ordering CYTOOchips Custom is a set of 18 chips (3 blisters of 6) and it can be purchased coated in fibronectin (fluorescently labeled or not), or activated surfaces.
CYTOO Custom micropattern designs allow you to:
• work with our standard pattern geometries but making them smaller*, larger or at different densities (pattern pitch)
• mix different micropattern shapes in the same experiment or condition
• tune throughout the chip surface the pattern area and/or shape to study how geometry influences cell architecture and behavior
• have different micropatterns placed side-by-side (to observe them side-by-side in the same field)
* down to line widths of 3µm and dots of 5µm
The CYTOOchips are compatible with all inverted microscopes.

When you submit your Custom inquiry CYTOO will work with you to elaborate the detailed "Specification" document. The timing of this step depends on the complexity of your requirements. Once you have validated the final specifications in this document, the average turnaround time for production is 8 weeks.
In order to guarantee a constant quality as well as a long shelf life for our products, CYTOOchips are packaged by 6 in a blister pack sealed in an aluminum bag under inert gas.
The CYTOOchips should be stored at 4°C and used before the expiry date indicated on the packaging (6 months from the production date).
Stability is guaranteed for at least 3 months from the date of shipment when stored at 4°C in its original packaging.
